We have acquired a new property in Bromley, BR1. We gained planning permission for a block of apartments early 2023. Works have begun and are due to complete in Spring 2024.

These will be sold to the private housing market, and it is expected to sell out before completion of the build.

Bromley is an excellent area, both for commuting into London and for reaching picturesque country villages and scenery. This area is vibrant with lots to offer through morning to night within the town centre and surrounding areas.

We are yet to name this project - all ideas are welcome…
